Orders can be placed through the Mind Smart application. Delivery usually takes approximately 3–7 days, with further details including the installation date provided in the app. Customers must inform the desired installation date. Once confirmed with the contractor, installation will be completed within 1–2 days.
In case of delivery delays or if the product is not received, please check the order history in the Mind Smart app or contact customer service.
Payment
Payments can be made via the Mind Smart app. The system supports:
– PromptPay
– Full payment via credit card
– Installment payments via credit card
Alternatively, full payment can be made via Payment Link+.
Product Returns
Products can be returned if they are damaged, broken, or defective due to manufacturing, packaging, shipping, or if they do not match the specifications or quotations. Returns must be supported by evidence, such as a video recording from the moment the package is opened.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
– Damages caused by misuse by the customer
– Products purchased in excess of necessity
– Products that do not meet personal preferences
Return/Exchange Process
a. Customers must return the product to Mindbase Corporation Co., Ltd. (Chiang Mai branch). Products must be in good condition. The company will bear the shipping cost for replacements.

The company respects consumer rights and is committed to fairness, transparency, and accuracy in every product and service process. In case of dispute or conflict, the company will try its best within the scope of responsibility to resolve and compensate. However, the company reserves the full right to cancel the order and refund the full amount to resolve any dispute.
The company reserves the right to modify this return policy without prior notice.
Product Warranty
Products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty for 1 year or 2–3 years depending on the product type, starting from the date stated on the official receipt. Installation is warranted for 90 days from the installation date stated on the receipt.
Warranty applies to normal usage conditions as specified in the user manual or product documentation included in the packaging. Warranty does not cover accidents, drops, water damage, or natural disasters.
Damage from natural disasters: lightning, floods, fires, earthquakes, insects, animals
Misuse or use outside the intended purpose
Abnormal product conditions due to improper storage
Plastic products with packaging that is incomplete, tampered with, or damaged—making the product unsellable—cannot be returned
Refunds
The company will refund the product cost to the customer’s bank account or via the original payment method within 15–30 days after receiving all required documents.

Original receipt
A copy of the bank account (Book Bank), signed and certified as true (for PromptPay refunds)
A copy of the sales order
A copy of the national ID card, signed and certified as true
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, the company reserves the right to cancel the order in any case.
